Fried Dill Pickles
Our original recipe. Hand breaded and fried golden brown. Served with ranch dressing.

Fried Green Tomatoes

Fresh cut and hand breaded. Then we fry them to a golden brown.

Onion Rings

Sweet Georgia Vidalia onions, crisp fried. A large basketful, enough for two.

Mozzarella Sticks

Eight delicious mozzarella sticks made with 100% Wisconsin cheese, double-dipped and golden fried.

Our special baked potato, topped with hickory smoked chopped pork, beef or chicken, nestled in layers of Monterey jack cheese, served with fresh cole slaw and choice of bread.  Pulled pork available.


Burger & Sandwich Platters

All Burgers are 1/2 pound, hand-pattied U.S.D.A. ground chuck and must be cooked to medium temperature or higher Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, and Onion served on request.

Classic Burger
Cooked to perfection. An All-American favorite. Available with American, Swiss or cheddar cheese

O.B.’s Melt
Smothered in sauteed onions, topped with Swiss cheese and served on Texas toast.

Bacon Cheeseburger
8 oz. Angus patty, 4 strips Applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, onion rings on a fresh roll.

Brody’s BBQ Burger
Grilled and basted with our special sweet BBQ sauce.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Boneless catfish fillet, hand breaded and fried golden brown, served on Texas toast or bun.

Smoked Turkey Sandwich
Sliced smoked turkey (we’ll grill it if you like), served on Texas Toast.

Savannah Chicken Salad
A generous portion of our hickory smoked chicken breast with our special honey mustard sauce served on a fresh croissant.

No one does them like we do! We marinate ‘em and then we slowly cook ‘em over our hickory pit and season ‘em to perfection. They’ll melt in your mouth!
